Through my experiences as a health advocate, my life's work has been threaded through inspiring passion for whole healing by restoring balance to the body, mind and spirit.
You will notice I don't charge different prices for different types of massage or added fees for enhancements or infusions. Not only do I find those types of pricing structures tedious and confusing, but all of my treatment sessions are completely unique and all inclusive.
I utilize multiple techniques & modalities: Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release Technique, Trigger Point Therapy, ART, Aromatherapy, Cupping, Bamboo, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, ect.
As I assess your particular needs, I apply the most appropriate methods for relieving tension and pain. I don't charge extra for "deeper" or more advanced modalities and I strive to connect with each of you seeking solutions to your personal health concerns. ____________________________________
All treatment sessions involve a personal assessment & integrative approach uniquely combining a variety of modalities that best suite your needs. Including but not limited to Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Neuromuscular Technique, Active Resistence Technique, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release Technique and more.
